Hello Guys, I just picked up the 45rpm ORG repressing of Bill Evans The Great Paris Concert. First, I really do dig Bill Evans. The performance is great but the sound is well... so/so at best. For example, side one has the drums hard panned to the left and the piano is well a little all over the place sonically. It sounds odd, the piano moves from left to right and center, not necessarily based on musical scale. Does anyone own an original who can comment on the sound quality? Advertisements Examples includes various creative visual elements which attract consumers with more effectiveness than a newspaper advertising. I'll give it another listen but I'm disappointed, it's not the typical Bill Evans sonics. The packaging is thin and not what you expect from a $55, it's really flimsy. Is this normal for ORG now? Thanks
