Connecting a thin Client private network to the internet.

Hi,

I want to ask is how to connect the server which is part of the thin client private network and have a static ip address to the organization private internet network so that the server can have internet access.So that thin clients can still remotely login into the server privately and be able to access the internet.

Any idea?
