Phone won't connect to PC through USB after Marshmallow

Hi,

I have a Verizon LG G4 phone and after the Marshmallow update it now longer will connect to my PC. It used to give me a popup saying it was connected to a USB cable. Now, it doesn't do that and when I look at the developer options, is says it's on charge only. When I try to switch it back to MTF, it stays at Charge only.

Any ideas?
