I am unable to watch any of my recorded shows on my DVR. I have tried watching both on the tv with the main X1 box as well as online from my laptop located in the same house as the tv and main box. Each time I get an error message and to try again in a few minutes. How can I access these recorded shows so that I can watch them? Any idea? Please help. Thanks!
